Entry to the property is via the rear yard door to new fitted kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven & grill, dishwasher, large larder refrigerator and integrated microwave. Cloakroom with washing machine, freezer, hand basin and WC. Dining room with wood burner, table and chairs, dresser with books and games. Comfortable lounge with sea views, 2 sofas. FreeSat satellite TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with a wide selection of titles and Bluetooth sound system. Door with steps down to patio with stunning coastal views. Stairs up to a double bedroom with 5' bed, built in wardrobe and great sea views to enjoy as you sip that early morning cuppa.
